How you can save this forest?
Helping our Community, save our wildlife. Once gone it will be gone forever.
Please have a look at the Planning Application LA02/2021/0014/F
Islandmagee at the NI Planning Portal
This planning application is now with the Planners and a decision is imminent in coming weeks. Every opinion counts so if you feel strongly for nature and for trees, you have the chance to make your voice heard and make a difference. We can all live together. We can have the best of both worlds: a modern new school and nature for children and people to enjoy. Nature does not have a voice – Please speak up and make your voice heard now.

I urge the planners to retain more trees than those stated on the Planning Application and ensure that sufficient trees are preserved to ensure a continuous section to form a natural boundary and that the wild habitat is not totally lost, in particular to the South and East of the site.
